HarborTech Solutions, LLC was incorporated in October 2024 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina by founder Tom Chandler. The firm draws on more than fifteen years of professional experience across small business networking, enterprise server administration, and cloud platform engineering.
Our practice is built on a single principle. The technology that powers a small business should be held to the same engineering standards as the technology that powers a Fortune 500 enterprise. Reliability, security, and operational discipline are not contingent on company size.
